International Culture and Travel Fair (ICTF) 2009 combines together 2 former annual events of the NTU Students' Union namely the International Culture and Food Festival and the Travel Fair. ICTF 2009 comprises a carnival which provides a platform for the various international undergraduate communities on campus to showcase their culture and food whilst promoting tourism to these countries and providing students with attractive travel packages, simultaneously give opportunities to students to meet and interact with different others from diverse cultures and appreciate the unique differences among them. It will help to foster a long-lasting friendship among the student population through better understanding of each other.

Under the organization of Student Union, Vietnamese community proudly presented Vietnam's multicultural costumes, artistic performance and culinary art to international friends. Also, traditional dance performance received ties of applause from audiences attending this festival.
